I agree with the 9w8, but wanted to add 2w3 - who can be tattletales and quite manipulative.  Of course there are many wonderful caring 2w3's and 9w8's - please don't take offense.  But both 2's and 9's can get on a bad track when spun up on dreams of success and power if not a good match to their strengths.  The 9's and 2's- looking very gentle and innocent.  Often enjoying the role of "victim" in the Drama Triangle and needing to be defended against a vociferous or unconventional 4 or 5.  Needing a 3 or an 8  "rescuer" to give them status and put those "weird opinionated" 4's and 5's in their places.  This dynamic can destroy the sociology of an organization.
