It's sort of hard to make ends meet with the fact that she is willing to do just about anything to obey her master and is able to do jobs like that without too much regard for the moral ramifications. She is caring deep down, but I interpret her character more like someone who is devoid of any semblance of emotionality until they finally come to face their emotions. She may be somebody in whom still waters run deep, but she turns a blind eye to her own feelings throughout her life and restrains herself in that way. I think she's definitely more genuinely caring than Kirumi, but I do think Kirumi had an opposite thing where she appeared caring on the surface but had an extremely rigid and logical way of looking at things deep down. You may propose Peko would be F for doing the opposite, but covering up her emotions and acting in accordance with her role being subservient to her master. It's almost like she grows from 1 to 6? She finally opens up emotionally… but she hadn't ever been like that throughout her life.

Why T for Pekoyama? She's like a more genuinely caring version of Kirumi. Her arc is similarly about service, but the source of her servitude comes from a place of genuine, unconditional love.
