	Thanks Switchblades. Never saw your comment until today. I could go with INFJ, but ENFJ seems better to me. Prince loved and promoted several very special ladies - Vanity, Apollonia, Sheila E... Extroverted band leader style --> extroverted feeling, even though he looks vulnerable and shows a lot of introverted intuition. J from his guitar style, in my opinion. N - abstractions and big unique vision. No one is questioning the F. Learning and mastering many different instruments, as well as sports (extroverted sensing, although lower in his stack) - super hardworking - seems like a 3w4. Original musical inspiration from his father and troubled family dynamics. For his veganism and charity work, as well as precision in musicianship, I think he has 1 in his tritype. I don't know the basis for 6 in his tritype, I'd go with 7.

	Although ISFP is such a common typing for him (which actually makes little sense really analyzing Prince as a person rather than his music) I think he'd actually be an INFJ. Prince always was a future-focused and liked creating scenes that were otherworldly with his fashion, albums, and live performances. He was pretty stereotypically Ni in that regard. Sure, he liked making songs about sex but what was the most popular subject back in the 80's when it came to popular music? One could say he viewed sex as something beyond its physical connotations and he made Sex a platform for selling his more iconoclastic image. Prince was also certainly a judger, from a young age he realized the power of hard work and many say that Prince was one of those artists; prolific and very, very hard-working.
