That's an interesting idea, although I might just say they have a 3w2 fix, as I doubt that this comes form a real desire to help (even a messed up one, for there own personal needs to be loved, like unhealthy 2s are known to have) but rather as a symbol of status. I think it might be more image driven.

i will agree with LadyX on tritype. imperialism often see itself as the helper of lower civilization. imperialism seek to "help"(in a twisted vision of helping) other countries rather than having a good image that will allow to have a different kind of influence. all imperialism are convinced to bring civilization. the violent german nationalistic reaction against french imperialism is quite anti 2.
